Data not populated properly

Hi BI community. As a new user to the product, I am continuously getting stuck on basic issues that I am certain can be easily solved with your help. My current frustration is trying to figure out why my data on the below graph is currently showing up as "1" when it is clear from the data above that the values are different. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for any help!

I think your problem is this,

Change "count" to "sum" as shown below.

Hi! Thank you so much for the quick response. When I tried bringing up that window you have in the preview, I only get minimal options (seen below). If I hover over "show value as" I only get two options reading "percent of grand total" and "no calculation". I have clicked on the side arrow dropdown as well as right-clicked with the same result. How do I get that extended window with additional options that you've produced here? Thank you again for the help.

@Afilingeri

The reason to your problem is your fields are not numbers.

You should delete the first row and let only numbers in the field.

You can delete in Edit Query. Remove Rows.

Hi Victor,

Thanks so much for the response. I took your advice and deleted first row so that rows one and two begin with numbers. See the updated sceenshot below. It does not appear the process worked... where am I going wrong? Again, really appreciate the help.
