Data loading error

I am importing Data from MS Excel and after selecting the data, I click on load and while it is buffering to load the data, I get the following error:

Data

Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'The following system error occurred: Class not registered '. 

Could you help me resolve this error?

Hello @Ali_Analytics ,

try clicking on transform data and check if the excel loads there or gives an error.

Then if it doesn't give an error try clicking close & apply

Hi @Idrissshatila,

I solved the problem by uninstalling the Desktop version that has been downloaded from Microsoft Store and I've reinstalled it again as a .exe file.

Still, thanks a lot for providing a solution to this problem.
