I'm trying to create an area chart in Desktop and upload it online.
The data label colours are perfectly fine in the desktop version and contrasting.
However, when I publish the report, the colours get completely messed up.
Any idea how to solve this?

Do you specifically assign colours to items in Power BI Desktop as below?
Otherwise, have you seen the latest version of Power BI Desktop now has the ability to define a colour theme. Have a look at this and see if this solves your problem.
