Thanks in Advance!
Hi,
As each [Account ID] can have more than one [Product Line] values, you need to set aggregation for the [Product Line].
For example, please count column [Product Line]:
And the result shows that the users who’s account ID is 903, 905 and 908 purchased 3 items.
Here is the changed pbix file you provided:
Best Regards,

@v-gizhi-msft , But the business want to drill down from Account ID to Product Line level as shown below. So, how can i achieve this? If you have alernative approach to do this, please advise.
@Anonymous,
As I looked up your report,
No product line has count = 3.
@SivaMani , you are right. but i am looking by account ID who purchased 3 items. if you group it by Account ID, it should show 3 and i updated the same in v1 pbix file. please take a look and advise.

Hello @Anonymous,
I went through your report. I can see there is a visual level filter applied on the visualization. Maybe that is the one doing everything blank.
@rajulshah , Yes you are right, beacuse i want to see only the Accounts that purchased 3 products. If i am doing wrong. please guide me the correct way. Please look at the right side matrix for the formatting i was expecting in below repor URL

@Anonymous ,
This is happend due to there is visual level filter applied on Count (count=3). There is no record against this for Product Line. You can see the below table it will give you better clarity. Only Count of 6,5, and 4 has valid Product Line data.
Please don't forget to hit THUMBS UP and Accept this as a solution if it helps you!
@Tahreem24 , i am trying to look at the data by Account ID and their purchased items. please look at the right side matrix format i was expecting in PBIX file (Account ID, Prodcut Line, PL count, Revenue)
