Data in append not refresh

I use append for combine Table1 and Table2

But I edit source file from Table2

Data in append not refresh follow table2.

Please guide me about it.

Difficult to help without seeing your files and the query.  Can you please supply your PBIX.

What changes did you make in Table2?  Are these chnages being filtered out by the query steps?
