Data from Google Analytics after Google Account deletion?

    Hi redbrumby,

     

    When my google account (and its credentials) are deleted at the end of my contract period, will the reports and dashboards that I have created in Power BI have to be rebuilt by someone else using their google account credentials 

    If you have imported data into Power BI desktop, the report created based on this dataset can still be accessed even the credential used to connect to datasource was deleted.

     

     or can other users enter their credentials via Power BI to allow the reports data refresh?

    To refresh the dataset, you need to update the credential with a valid account. In Power BI desktop, File => Options and Settings => Data Source Settings. Find the data source in question and clear or edit the permissions.
