delete account
since I am not able to change my email address in settings, is it possible :
1- delete my current account?
2- create a new account with my outlook email?
3- to create a new account do I have to have my outlook linked to azure account?

Hi,
What you are trying to achieve is a bit confuse.
Power BI and Azure should be kept on the same tenant. So you should create your power bi environment using an account which belongs to your azure tenant.
If you use an account that doesn't belong with your azure tenant, you will end up with two azure tenants and when the time comes you need some integration with azure environment, it may fail or be less than optimal.
