Data format error on downloaded Xlsx file

Can anyone explain what this error is please?  I'm downlaoding an xlsx file and no idea what kind of error i'm looking for

DataFormat.Error: The document cannot be opened because there is an invalid part with an unexpected content type.
[Part Uri=/customXml/itemProps4.xml],
[Content Type=application/xml],
[Expected Content Type=application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.customXmlProperties+xml].

@masplin , In case you have downloaded from Power bi service. Clear Cache, refresh, and download check

If that is not working still, check is it working for any other report. If not, log an issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

I was downloading form our main commercial system.  i opened the file and resaved it as another name, then changed the name back and seemed to clear it.
