Data flow does not appear in Power BI Desktop and missing Date Time for incremental refresh

Hello everybody!

I am currently trying data flow. Here I have defined a new data flow in Power BI online in the workspace. This goes to a point of interest where there are numerous Excel tables. In the Power Query Editor I then go to a single Excel spreadsheet and structure it accordingly. There is also a date-time column.

First, I would like to define an incremental refresh here. Unfortunately, that doesn't work. I get the message that there are no Date-Tiem Columns.

Second, I would like to extend my data model in Power BI Desktop with this data flow. I can go to the data flow here, but in the end I cannot select a file/table in the editor. The folder is shown as empty.

Where are my mistakes?

Edit: I have a Pro Account
