Data error while uploading the data from share point folder

I am not able to get the data into desktop by using sharepoint folder.

There is error refelecting while loading the data from share point. 

I have used : = SharePoint.Files("path", [ApiVersion = 14])''

Kindly help me to eliminate the error.
