Hello
I have trouble with a report that I've been using since one year.
When I refresh data, I have an error message saying "column does not exist in the rowset" while the column is present (see screenshot below). I never did any change to the model, I've only updated to last PBI version in february.
Can you please help?
Thanks
Achille
column existing in dataset
error message
Hi AZ38
thanks for your feedback.
I tried your tip but no way: it does not work.
I did some deeper check: dataset is correctly uploaded and trasformed (it's an excel source) in PBI:
1)If I dont' change the column name you saw the result (column figures are all "zero").
2) if I change the name to macth it with dataset following what happens: all values disappear
Let me know if you have another solution.
Thanks
Achille
no values
Sorry
I don't understand: you mean moving from "power query editor" where the column exists? If yes, how can I do that?
Hi @BigAky74 ,
did anyone change the column names in Excel?

Hello
no, name is still the same.
I did some test, following results:
1) column is correctly uploaded on Power Query with all values (see screenshot)
2) something happens in deskotp as column exists but values are then missing (see screenshot)
Hi @BigAky74 ,
Would you please refer to the similar issue: The 'HasUniqueRoleAssignments' column does not exist in the rowset.?
Best Regards,

Hello Dedmon
I tried suggested solution but it does not work: same error message still...
Do you have another solution?
Thanks
Achille
PS: Happy Easter!!!
Hi @BigAky74 ,
This seems to be an issue during data transforming. I suggest you show the applied steps or advanced editor for the query.
