Data analysis using Tasks by Planner and To Do via MS Teams

Hello, I am new to Tasks, and unfamiliar with Power BI (a little over my head).

I am using Tasks to create a To Do list (with 45 tasks) for the 23 schools I work with. I have created a master to do lists in various Buckets, then I will copy them 23 times, 1 for each school. What I want to be able to do easily is listed below. The first one is easy, but I can't figure out the second

 - analyze how the school is doing overall wiht the 45 tasks. This can easily be done in the "Charts" section.

-Using task # 16 as an example, I want to see what schools have completed this without having to go into each of the 23 School Team channels individually. Can I automatically export data from all 23 schools and look at it on a question by question basis? Maybe import all the data into excel?

I can understand why you want to automate that, lol. You could try something like this - note that the % complete is not actually % complete, basically your values are 0/50/100 for not started, in-progress, and complete. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/planner/download-all-tasks-in-all-plans/m-p/2270604
