Data Type Not Consistent Across Power BI and Power Query

In the Power Query I changed the data type to a percentage. I applied the changes, however, the data type in Power BI is still in decimal form. I am trying to have the data types match. Below I have attached a two screenshots showing the tables. Could you provide a solution to this problem?

Hello @Anonymous ,

 

You can change the column data type to percentage in the report view shown below:

Select the column and under column tools selct the percent icon, you can then change the amount of decimal places.
