Can you please help on this
my requirement is
In a shared folder an excel file say file A will place on week 1. I need to load it on PBI. on second week onwards this file A will replace by new file A with different values with same schema. I need to append all and remove duplicates also in PBI see the example

if you want to pull data from a folder and you have some sort of naming that allows you to filter on those files you want to pull tin you can do a combine binaries in power query which will always pull files from a specific folder and join and append them.
so next week when the new file is there power bi will just grab everything in the folder and process in full and append all new files together.

As mentioned by @vanessafvg , you need to create a folder to store the copy of each updated excel file (week1 excel copy, week2 excel copy...), then you can use the 'folder' connector to access and combine these data.
