Data Source Setting getting error msg

Hi All

After reading the documentation send by few for the regular here, Today i try to setup again , I get error msg below :-

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to . Details: "We could not register this data source for any gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."Show details

Troubleshoot connection problems

Hope some one can advise me where can go wrong ?

This could caused by many reasons. 

How did you setup your gateway? personal or enterprise gateway? Please first try update to the latest version first and check status of the gateway.
