Data Source Error

Hi All,

 

I am getting this error while doing refresh to the database can any one please help me out 

OLEDB/ODBC error

Hi @Pratima,

Do you connect to SQL Server database in Power BI Desktop? Could you please post the full error message for us to analyze?

After deleting the Change types again am getting error like this....................

Hi @Pratima,

Add Value() function in your SWITCH dax formula to convert your text string to number.

If the issue still occurs, please help to share PBIX file and original Excel file.

Hi @Pratima,

Please go to Query Editor to check if you have any steps that change from original data types, remove these steps and see if  the error goes away. You can take a look at the following similar thread to get details.
