Data Source Error with Teradata

I receive the following error when I attempt to refresh my data:

No one in my organization has received error previously.  Has anyone seen this??

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

This looks more like a data connection credentials issue.

Check the data credentials you are using to connect to data.
