Hi All,
As per the official Microsoft page, SSO will use the logged in user credentials to execute the queries instead of the data source credentials
In that case, is there any use of setting a refresh frequency in case of direct queries. If yes, what credentials will it use to refresh if no user is interacting with the report.
Also please let me know what kind of user credentials should be used while configuring the data source if we want to configure SSO?. Will it be a windows user ? If yes what should be the minimum rights that user should have?
Thanks,
Sumanta
Hi @Sumanta,
Per my knowledge, when data query is executed, it will use the credential that you specified when creating data source connection.
