Data Refresh Issue

In my report after changing the source data I am able to view only 150 records but refreshing the report after selecting enable editing (or)saving the file loading the complete data into the report.Without doing any of those steps is there any way to get the complete data on downloading the file??I could't able to find the root cause and every time file keep on changing after BOT exection...Thanking in advance.

Hi @SushmaReddy ,

If you create a Power BI Report with import connection type, when the data source data changed, you need to refresh the dataset in Power BI Service Portal or click "Refresh" button in Power BI Desktop to get the latest data.
