Data Modeling

So I'm fairly new to the Data Modeling world so bear with me here, this might be fairly basic.
The Context:
I work as an anaylst at a call center. The call center has three managers that over see three teams. There's two types of datasets: scheduling appointments and calling metrics.

The Problem:
I am given four different data sources that do not relate well to each other, so essentially I have four Fact tables and two dimension tables, which I'm trying to simplify into a star schema.
Are there ways to make nested tables into columns, or a way to create a hierarchy that represent all the data?

@AZJohnPowerBI Possibly.

Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Let's say they have lots of stats and unique skills as well. I want to group Frodo's team as the variable "Frodo", "Pippin's team as "Pippin and so on.

I want to wrap the managers here under the variable "Managers", but I'm not sure how to do that.

Is there a way to create a hierarchy of data starting with
Managers --> Their respective teams --> skills ??
