Data Model missing After Import Dataset from Power BI into Excel

Hi

I have a dataset published on PBI and a Excel workbook.

In Excel I went Get Data | from Power Platform and then selcted the daatset.

The tables in eth dataset appeared in the Pivot Table area.  However the data model from PowerBI did not come too.

What am I doing wrong / what do I need to check.

I have done this with a production dataset as well as basic dataset

Hello @abaken ,

So when you connect from excel to a Power Bi dataset, you will be using the data model hosted in the dataset file, so you could see it in the power bi file itself, and if you want to do a change in it you do it as well in Power BI file.
