Data Base Time Field as Column in Matrix

Hello,

I have a data base with a year field and a month one:

But my I need a matrix where the columns are Last Year (LY), Current Year (Actual), Forecast FY (FY) and the difference between FY and Actual (To Go).

Is it possible to do so?

Do you only have these two columns of year and month in your database? The difference between Forecast FY (FY) and Actual is about what? If you could share more information or screenshot about your original data and the results you want to output,I think it is possible to achieve it with dax.
