Data Appeared in preview but didn't load into the actual dataset.

Data was shown in Preview but could not load into the actual dataset.
Could not find error in the query.
Tried clear cache and change data type

But the error "ole db or odbc error: type mismatch. (exception from hresult: 0x80020005 (disp_e_typemismatch))."still presented and data wont load.

Any thoughts?

Big thanks! Good health!

It only relates to a specific table but I tried remove the steps of changing types. It doesn't help.
I know, but the preview have shown the latest data entry, which doesn't load in actual dataset.
Thank you so much!

Hi @Anonymous

Does the error message you receive when trying to refresh relate to a specific table. To start with I would remove any "Changed Type" steps from that table in Power Query, and then attempt to reload.

If the load/refresh then works, it would indicate that there is an issue with attempting to convert one of the columns in that table to a specific data type.

Please consider that the preview in Power Query is only 1,000 rows. If your dataset is much larger than that, an unexpected entry / data type could be found somewhere further down the table.
