Dashboard update with Income variable

I am creating a Sales Projections Dashboard, therefore, I need to create a viewer in which each person in charge of a project can enter the data they want to see. For example, if I had historical HR information, I would like people to be able to upload an excel or csv file or a shared one (onedrive or drive) with the list of people IDs, and that they themselves can execute with a button so that the viewer can update the data based on the information uploaded.
