I am currently working on a Dasboard which queries information from several powerbi reports. Facing a problem with a report which is only updating only some of the visulalizations. Both PBI are published in the same workspace. I need some help figuring out the reason of it. Thanks!!!!

Hi @bcristinab
First , you have to judge what do you want to update in dashboard, visual or data ?
For visual in dashboard : If you edit your report , but the visual in the dashboard is not updated . In this case , you have to consider whether the visual you pin to the dashboard is a live tile or a live page(an entire report page) . If the visual you pinned is a live tile , the original view used to create the tile changes, the tile does not change. The data will be refreshed, but the type of view will not .If it is a live page , when the report page is refreshed, the changes on the report are immediately reflected on the live page.
For data in dashboard : If the data is updated, but the data in the visual corresponding to the dashboard is not updated, you need to check whether your refresh settings are working properly. In this case, you need to troubleshoot your gateway and data source configuration, what is wrong with the data source itself, preventing the updated data from being transmitted. Or there is a problem with the gateway settings, which causes the Service to fail to access the data source.
