Try this calcultated measure:
Daily good rate =
CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( DailyData[IsGood] ); DailyData[IsGood] = TRUE () )
/ CALCULATE ( COUNTA ( DailyData[IsGood] ); ALLSELECTED ( DailyData[IsGood] ) )As you can see below it will give you the percentage on the selected date:
