Hello,

I have Table with 3 columns Project Number, Project Cost and extraction Date.
Each end of month, i do extraction to know the cost of each project.
How to write dax powerbi to calculate the changes of the only running projects over months, and exclude the First record of project number i.e. first Date "in extaction date" of Project number - But to start count thos new record from the second month as long as they existed ?

As the list above is a sample, i want to make a dax "Formula" that calcalate the Delta in value from month "M" to previuose Month "M-1" to each project. But Also exclude the first date vaue of that project from this formula.

i.e.

Project Number :PF-10329438 , the first record was in Oct. 2022, 
so
Delta November for PF-10329438 = Oct. value - Nov. value
Delta December for PF-10329438 = Nov. value - Dec. value

another example
PF-XXXXX only have recored in Apr. 2023 ==> to be excluded from formual as long as there are no other records for that project in the list, but next moth if the project "PF-XXXXX" get another record,
so
Delta May for PF-XXXXX = Apr. value - May value
