I have the below data set . I need a column "Flag" to be created at backend using DAX . Help me to achieve it

| 1 | Screening | Pending | 01-01-2018 | 0 |
| 1 | Screening | Selected | 02-01-2018 | 1 |
| 1 | CET | Selected | 03-01-2018 | 1 |
| 1 | PLA | Pending | 04-01-2018 | 0 |
| 1 | PLA | Rejected | 05-01-2018 | 1 |
| 1 | Offer | Pending | 06-01-2018 | 0 |
| 1 | Offer | Accepted | 07-01-2018 | 1 |
| 1 | Joined | Joining | 08-01-2018 | 1 |
| 2 | Screening | Selected | 09-01-2018 | 1 |
| 2 | CET | Selected | 10-01-2018 | 1 |
| 2 | PLA | Selected | 11-01-2018 | 1 |
| 2 | Offer | Accepted | 12-01-2018 | 1 |
| 2 | Joined | Joining | 13-01-2018 | 1 |
For each ID and each Stage wise , i need to fetch MAX ( Status Time ) as Flag 1 .
