Hi,
I have 2 queries,
1. I have a matrix where the values are in % and I want the total in numbers, Is it possible to get like that
2. I have created a closure TAT with respect to Complaint created time and closure time.With the help of difference in hours column I have created a column like below
Now the requirement is they want to include one more field as "closed in 2 hrs-overall" and I'm struggling to create since there is already fields as "Closed in 2 hrs-weekdays", closed in 2 hrs-weekend".
Attaching sample screenshot for the reference.
Please help with the solution.
Thanks in Advance
@Anonymous , Create a column group. Have same name for other other than the first two, which you group under closed in 2 hrs-overall
example
Switch(True(),
[Status] in {"Closed in 2 hrs-weekdays", "closed in 2 hrs-weekend" } , "closed in 2 hrs-overall",
[Status] )
you can use them to two-level
or you can use other for all other
Switch(True(),
[Status] in {"Closed in 2 hrs-weekdays", "closed in 2 hrs-weekend" } , "closed in 2 hrs-overall",
"Others")
