Is there a dax or m language that I can used to make all the amount converted to my preferred one because i need to send the values based on customer's geography.

You need to have a table that has the conversion factor for each currency combination and then use DAX to convert them. For example:

please advise how to us dynamic formatting because when i click the link it showed measure tools but i don't have it on my dashboard as shown. apologies very new with this format needs a lot of hand holding
Formatting formats columns but doesn't convert a currency to another. There is no magical feature in Power BI that can do that. The conversion table can be imported from an Excel file, API or manually copy-pasted using the enter data featue - a converstion table must exist your semantic model one way or another.
