DAX to add a slight increase to a duplicated value

Hi,

I have a DAX question I am looking for some advice on -

I have a simple DAX measure for Total Sales - SUM(Sales[SalesAmount]), in a table with Products like below:

But what I require is a DAX measure that will recognise a duplicate value and add .1 to the duplicated value, so essentially the desirted outcome looks like the below:

Any advice appreciated, thanks in advance.

Expertise = List.Accumulate(

        {Days as from Today},

        {Skills and Knowledge},

        (Current, Everyday) => Current & Day.LearnAndPractise(Everyday)

)
