DAX help Compare table entries to find if any value is true

Noob DAX question; (see picture for clarity)

I have a list of employees in the right table 'People', and I need to create a new column that returns a true or false value depending on if any of their 'Risk2' values in the other table 'Improvement' is true.

In this example, Alen Nichols would return a 'True' value, Alondra Cortes would return 'False'
