DAX function for Forecast value for YTD value

HI,

I need to prepare the report like above so i need to calculate the values based on YTD value.

here 9,590 is the YTD value meaure till today, and 27,360(target value) is the reference data for end of the year 2017.

and based on above data i need to calculate the 25,030 value(which is forecast value based on today YTD value.

I need to get the max(date) measure on CALL_DATE column in FCT_CALL_INTERACTION table  for Year and quarter slicer(which i am usnig from CALL_SUMMERY table)

based on Year and Qurter slicer i need to get the max date.

Actually, your requirement is still ambiguous. Please share the measure formula or .pbix file, list expected result by giving an example.
