DAX don't regognize decimal value

could you help me?

If I create a calculated column or a measure that uses a decimal point, power bi understands it as a number. 

To test it, I created a calculated column and a measure with the formula 1.1 + 3 and I obtain 14 instead of 4.1

Also tried to replace the dot for a comma, but then I just get an error. 

Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Test Measure = 1.1 + 3
TEST Calculated Column = 1.1 + 3

@jessicarocha , Can you make sure data type is decimal and it it not marked as % column
