DAX comparison operations error Text to Integer

I have the following measure and am getting an error about comparing text to integer, and I'm not sure how I'm even doing that here?   The measure is formatted as whole number.  I need a distinct count of records where final call type fields starts with either "MVCD" or "TRA".  Thanks for any help!

CAD DUI Arrests = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Cad_Call[CC_rin]), LEFT(Cad_Call[Final Call Type], 4 = "MVCD") || LEFT(Cad_Call[Final Call Type], 3 = "TRA") + 0)

Figured out I had the parens in the wrong place.  Changed to this and it works:

CAD DUI Arrests = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Cad_Call[CC_rin]), LEFT(Cad_Call[Final Call Type], 4) = "MVCD" || LEFT(Cad_Call[Final Call Type], 3) = "TRA") + 0

Hope this can help someone else going nuts over this error
