I have a table with first names and last names I want to create a calculated table with a full name column. can that be done in one shot without creating two tables first?

@Markzolotoy , Try like. I have not tested this

New Table =

addcolumns(summarize(Table, [First Name], [Last Name]), "Full Name" , [First Name] & " " & [Last Name])

HI @Markzolotoy,

You can try to use the following formula if it was suitable for your requirement.

NewTable =
SELECTCOLUMNS (
    ALL ( Table[First Name], Table[Last Name] ),
    "Full",
        [First Name] & " " & [Last Name]
)

Regards,

Xiaoxin Sheng
