starting from two tables like

Table 1
Col A	Col B
Ross	297
Brian	350
Catia	125
Danny	40

Table 2
Col A	Col B
0	100
1	200
2	300
3	400

Table 1 must became

Table 1
Col A	Col B	Col C
Ross	297	2
Brian	350	2
Catia	125	1
Danny	40	0

where 'Tabl 1'[Col C] is equal to max('Table 2'[Col A]) based on the comparison 'Table 1'[Col B]<'Table 2'[Col B]

Col C= maxx(filter('Table 2', 'Table 1'[Col B]<'Table 2'[Col B]),'Table 2'[Col A])
