DAX: How to calculate percentage (slicer choice) from fixed total value

I have a report where the user can use slicers to filter out a certain amount of people based on those values. Three different values are shown:

 

  • Total amount of people (fixed number)
  • Amount of people after slicer choice 
  • Percentage of people after slicer choice

How can I calculate the percentage using DAX?

 

Example:

 

Total = 400

After slicer choice = 44

Percentage = 11%
