DAX Formula help

Hey all. I'm trying to build a report that shows what a List Price was at a particular transaction date. The current formula does exactly what I'm asking it to do (but not what I want). I need help with writing the formula to take the first price effective date that is <= transaction date (Pstg Date). Currently it appears to be taking the FIRSTDATE that is <= transaction date (Pstg Date)

The data resides in 2 tables "KE24" being the sales table and "Price Files" being the price record. I've enclosed a screenshot of the results and the formula. How can I write this so that the List Price that is returned is <= Pstg Date where it evaluates each date until it meets the  criteria and then stops at the first results that meets the criteria? Hope this makes sense

@Ashish_Mathur I would share the PBI if I could, but there is confidential sales information that I cannot share. I was hoping that by posting the screenshot someone could point me in the direction of a simpler solution. I'm still very green when it comes to DAX.
