I want to extract my PowerBI data directly into a Customized PowerPoint Frame. Do you have a solution ?

I think you want to integrate power bi tiles with powerpoint, right? If this is a case, you can take a look at following blog about integration power bi tiles into powerpoint:

Look for PowerBI Tiles.

The bad point is that you have to pay if you want it siwthout the watermark :S
