Customized Filter.

Hello! Hope you all are doing well.

I just want to create a custom filter. That filter should behave like that when I select any month in that filter slicer, one of the table should have the filtered data of all previous month till the selected month, and other table should have the filtered data of all previous month till the last month of the selected month.

For eg: If i select october in filter slicer, one table should have the filtered data of july, august, september and october, and other table should have the filtered data of july, august and september.

Is it possible?

Hello @Icey ,

I need one more help regarding this issue. This filter is working great for opening and closing. But now in the same matrix visual, i want to show purchases of selected month with opening and closing.

Inshort, i want to show opening, purchases, closing in the same matrix visual.

Do you have any lead regarding this issue?

@Icey

Thanks Icey. Its working correctly. Now i have to do one more thing in this scenario. Opening and closing is working correctly. Now i have to calculate production of the month that is selected in the filter.

Is it possible?

@Ibadkhan , In this month, is coming from date table or table having a date

measure =
var _max = maxx(allselected(Date), Date[Date])
return
calculate([Value measure], filter(all(Date),Date[Date]<= _max))

This may group data into one month , so refer this video how deal with that
