Customers with 2 Account Managers

Hi All

I have a scenario where a customer has 2 account managers (local vs domestic). Based on the data structure, I was thinking of duplicating the client data so there is one line for domestic account manager and one line for international account manager per customer.

However, when I select a particular account manager (eg. E01 example in yellow), I would like to know the customer level of both domestic and international even though they may not manage both accounts.

Any help/tips greatly appreciated on the most efficient way to model this.
