Setting up customer training accounts

We want to deliver some training on Fabric to various customers. I want to avoid the hassles of user 1 having an account, user 2 not having an account etc, user 3 having an account but with restrictions etc.

Is there a way to set up user accounts for training without having to pay for multiple Pro license training accounts, with the associated costs?

Ideally, we'd have a demo environment with email addresses like [email protected] [email protected] etc.

Is there any way to do that?

Thank you

  • Hi ClimberScott,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.

For customer training, the recommended approach is to use a Fabric Trial capacity and provide each trainee access to the training workspace using their own organizational account.

There is no need to create separate shared Fabric accounts for the trainees. The training workspace can be assigned to the trial capacity and the required users can be given access to it.

For reference, follow the below documentation:

    Thanks and regards,
