Customer Profitability Sample: Charts with Categorized Data

Hi,

I am new to Power BI ... 

In the "Team Scoreboard" page of the report in the sample, the first chart is "REVENUE % VARIANCE TO BUDGET BY MONTH AND EXECUTIVE". Could anyone tell how this chart is created? How may the underlying table(s) look like?

I think if I have the answers, I know how to create charts with categorized data.

Please offer any help to solve my problems ... or to make my concepts clear.
