Dear All,
The Power BI Desktop when connected to Customer Insights doesnt load any entities.. Not able to figure out what exactly is wrong.. was using it few days back and now all of a sudden there are no entities loaded after connecting sucessfully..
Power BI Desktop is the latest version (Version: 2.83.5894.721 64-bit (July, 2020))
Any Idea ?

I wonder if it loaded entities properly with Customer Insights Connector before. Please login Customer Insights to check the data.
If you used this connector before, you may clear the data source settings and try again. If you haven't used this connector before, you'll need to sign in with the same account you use to view the data in Customer Insights.

Thanks for your reply. The connector was working fine earlier.
However in the same connection when microsoft dev team were diagnosing yet another problem with Customer Insights environment, they noticed that the CI environment was expired. They extended the instance expiry date and everthing started working fine. Even the CI connector within Power BI started loading the entities.
