The reason for this kind of error is the problem of data model, as the connected field in the dimension table needs to have the feature of unique identification, if the value in the field has no corresponding value in the fact table, then the corresponding row part will be shown as empty after referencing, refer to the following screenshot.

So you need to re-adjust your data model with the business requirements by referring to the following document.
