I removed the custom visual that I had in my report to get rid of the message. But I still get the warning message. Is there a caching problem?

@gjadal - I have had this issue also. It happens because the custom visuals are still in the report as a feature. Even if you dont use the custom visuals they have still been loaded into your PBIX file. The only way to completely remove the warning message is to recreate the report.
Thanks,
Giles

This is not a good developer experience
When I had this issue I had to delete the report and remake it to get rid of the custom visual message.
From this idea post it sounds like they are still adding the functionality that lets you completely remove a custom visualization from a report after it has been added.
Also if you are feeling adventurous, it sounds like someone was able to get rid of the warning by modifying the pbix file. I still haven't tried that out so I can't guarntee it will work.
