Custom visual-Adding Rows to Matrix as per slicer selection

Hey all,

I need the expertise help in creating a custom visual for Dynamic Row adder matrix- The column should be added to matrix when i select that in slicer. This column should slice as first row in matrix.

I do not have any technical knowledge of .Net,json...Please help me with

1.Tool to be used.

2.process to be followed etc.

Tool to be used:

• You need Visual Studio Code installed.
• You need Windows PowerShell version 4 or later for windows users OR the Terminal for OSX users.
