Custom visual-Adding Rows to Matrix as per slicer selection

Hey all,

 

I need the expertise help in creating a custom visual for Dynamic Row adder matrix- The column should be added to matrix when i select that in slicer. This column should slice as first row in matrix.

 

I do not have any technical knowledge of .Net,json...Please help me with

1.Tool to be used.

2.process to be followed etc.

We can add/remove columns in matrix visual according to this similar thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Adding-Removing-matrix-columns-based-on-Slicer-Filter/td-p/254107.
