Custom tooltip with origin tooltip data

Hi I need to make a custom tooltip for this graph, it needs to be different size and show what I need, but I also need the original information(data) in the tooltip that are in this default tooltip. Whats the best way ti get them on the custom tooltip? Just make a measure to count all of the data, or is there any other way ? It shows percentages by week in year.

Thanks for the reply from Irwan. You can use a new page to be Tooltip Page to achieve your need.
