Custom table using select columns

Hi All

Business is asking to create custom dim table,  all 3 fact tables has same table field either ID or Name exist in fact table.

can i create custom table using select columns and do union of all three .? is there different approach to achieve this solutions.

Table 1,  Column A, Column B

Table 2,  Column x, Column Y

Table 3,  Column R, Column S
